The award-winning Jaanihanso Cider is the first natural Estonian cider, made entirely and only from fresh local apples, pressed on-site throughout the late part of autumn when the traditional juice-apples are ripe and ready. Most apples come from old orchards scattered across the Southern part of Estonia. Jaanihanso Cider is made according to the traditional method that is used for French champagne and Spanish cava. Months-long bottle fermentation gives the cider intense natural carbonation and very much wine-like aromas. Bottles are discharged  one by one and each and every Jaanihanso cider is a unique hand-crafted artisanal product. This is the way all real cider is ought to be made.

Beautifully hand-crafted, medium-dry cider from 100% fresh farm-pressed Estonian apples. The juice is pressed on site and wild yeast is used for the primary fermentation. Bottle fermented according to traditional champagne method. Golden cider with fine long-lasting bubbles. Dry, with a lot of fruitiness and plenty of gentle bitterness from those late winter apples. The naturally born bubbles are elegant and complement the palate perfectly. Suitable for fancy parties as well as for lazy summer picnics.

Jaanihanso Cider Brut is a hand-crafted, dry cider from 100% fresh farm-pressed Estonian apples. The juice is pressed on site and wild yeast is used for the primary fermentation. Bottle fermented according to traditional champagne method. Golden cider with fine long-lasting bubbles. Dry, with a lot of fruitiness and plenty of gentle bitterness from those late winter apples. Jaanihanso Cider Doux

This is a hand-crafted, sweet cider from 100% fresh farm-pressed Estonian apples. The juice is pressed on site and wild yeast is used for the primary fermentation. Bottle fermented according to traditional champagne method.  It offers a delicate and soft sweetness in the mouthfeel with notes of light smoke, apple pie and spices.

Jaanihanso Hopped Medium Cider

Hand-crafted natural cider is fermented with wild yeast and dry-hopped with famous American Simcoe IPA hops. Unfiltered and bottle-conditioned for natural carbonation. Flowery-fruit aroma is a perfect match for apple tartness.
