Troy Cider - Simply Californian!
“Troy Carter makes a delightfully archaic apple cider with apples he harvests from the abandoned orchards of Sonoma County. The trees are antique, some more than 100 years old, and while certain cultivars such as Gravenstein are recognizable, others remain unidentified. Carter adds nothing, letting the juice ferment dry, with only the ambient yeasts in the cellar. The unfiltered result is a cloudy, lightly sparkling, and modestly alcoholic adult beverage that communicates the very soul of the apple.” - Lou Amdur, Los Angeles Magazine (November 2013)
As a California Cidery, TROY Cider is on a mission to showcase the very best that the Golden State has to offer. In the true California style, this cider is 100% organic and is extremely alive in the bottle. Some would argue that this is the healthiest cider on the market, and we tend to agree.

TROY Cider Funk Odyssey
The TROY Funk Odyssey is a blend of wild heirloom cider apples and rare pineapple quince, wild fermented and aged in bourbon barrels for 9 months. This still cider was aged for an additional 12 months in the bottle, resulting in some of the most complex funk we have ever tasted.
Tangy, mouth puckering, and simply confusing to the palate. If you are looking for a real tongue twister, this is the cider for you.
Wild farmhouse funk at its finest.
