A longtime wine enthusiast, Anne Paillet's dreams of making wines over working a corporate job became a reality once she decided to take the first step and took over a friends Languedoc vineyard.  She then met her now husband Gregory Leclerc, a well known Loire Valley vigneron.  So while tending to the vineyards in Languedoc she would work with the Languedoc grapes in her husbands Loire cellar.  As one can imagine, the results are incredible.  Rich, ripe fruit from southern Languedoc aged in cool and humid climate of the Loire cellar.  Anne refers to it as 'Loiredoc' wines - layered, deliciously textured wines.
