Organic Lambrusco Mantovano IGP, from Groppello Ruberti grapes grown in guyot.
The vineyard is made up of 2000 vines per hectare, production per hectare around 80 quintals in good years.
Ruberti's first vineyard is from 2006, the last from 2010.

The Groppello Ruberti grape variety has a certain softness that is respected and brought to the bottle.
Recommend dishes to accompany your bottle are:
Risotto and pasta, even fish but only fatty fish.
Salumi also seasoned, semi-mature cheeses.
Winter soups or summer salads
The aromas of Incantabiss are of red fruit, in particular cherry, which "ripens" with bottle aging.
It is the only Lambrusco produced in Mantua that comes from a guyot plant.
