A skin contact wine that pays hommage to his grandfather, he macerates the grapes for 11 days before pressing. The fermentation process takes place naturally in stainless steel, aged in stainless and also using cement tanks.
This creates a wine with bright acidity with neutral aromatics.
Roughly 3000 bottles produced annually.
